The City of Troy held it’s first ever ‘Back to School Bash’ this weekend and officials say it was a huge success.
“We had a great turnout of children and their parents,” said Leigh Anne Windham with the City of Troy. “Everyone enjoyed the fun activities which included the petting zoo, visits and pictures with T-Roy and the Troy University cheerleaders, face painting, snow cones, popcorn and the photo booth. We also had a lot of parents who had their children fingerprinted and photographed for the child safety kits and their child safety seats checked for proper installation. There will be definitely be a 2018 Downtown Back to School Bash.”
