A Troy woman was arrested Thursday afternoon after police say she got into an altercation on South Brundidge Street.

Police arrested Antonee Milakia Upsahaw, 19, on charges of domestic violence in the third degree.

Troy Police Chief Randall Barr said Upshaw and a man got into a verbal altercation at one location before coming to the location on South Brundidge Street and then a second altercation began there.

“She did have a knife and caused a minor cut to his hand,” Barr said. “It may have been incidental contact with the man trying to take the knife away. Some of her family was also outside trying to get the knife away.”

Barr said Upshaw also rammed the man’s vehicle while her 1-year-old child was in the vehicle.

Upshaw was disarmed and police arrested her on the scene.
