Homer A. Anderson, a lifelong Trojan was born October 7, 1932 and died May 13, 2017. Homer was preceded in death by his parents, Shelby and Ruby Anderson. He owned Anderson Tractor Company for many years.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mary Lou Anderson; his children, Connie (Duane) Webb and Terry Anderson; his grandchildren: Tyler (Jessica) Webb, Bryant Webb, Justin Anderson, Tera Anderson, Haley Anderson, Hillary (Bryant) Bailey, Mari Logan Anderson, Megan Anderson, Tiffany Anderson, Torrie Anderson and Jodi Anderson; and his four great-grandchildren: Mary Tyler Webb, Lucy Webb, Griffin Webb, and Ivey Webb.

Honorary pallbearers are ‘81 Supper Club and members of the Barraca Sunday School Class. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 10 AM with services to follow at 11 AM at Dillard Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to the First Baptist Church in Troy, Alabama.
