The spring production of “Come Home, It’s Suppertime” opens tonight at the We Piddle Around Theater in Brundidge. The play is an original folklife play set during the Great Depression era. The stories are true as told by those who survived Hard Times. “Come Home” is Alabama’s Official Folklife Play. Pictured from left, Lawrence Bowden, Johnny Steed, Les Jackson and Don Dickert who experience the misery of Dog Days. All are veteran cast members.
