Rosa Bell Carnley, age 84, a resident of Brundidge, AL died Sunday, January 22, 2017 at Troy Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge, AL with Dr. Clinton Ellis and Reverend Donnie Earles officiating. Interment will follow in Haw Hill Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge, AL. Mrs. Carnley is survived by 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Rhonda Ellis of Brundidge, Jimmy and Marie Carnley of Troy, AL; 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Norma Carnley Sanders (Greg Scarbrough) of Brundidge, Ann and Billy Stubbs of Goshen, Evelyn and John Robert Elmore of Troy; sister, Anna Frances Mahon, 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Fonza U.S. Ellis; her second husband, Travis E. Carnley; son, Gerald Carnley; grandsons, Blake Carnley, Michael Stubbs; sister, Louise Mulkey; brothers, Clem Whitehead, Clarence Whitehead and her parents, William and Clydie Bell Whitehead.
