Walters, Titus J., 89, a resident of Goshen, AL died Friday, November 18, 2016 at Troy Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 2 pm from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with the Reverend Kenneth Hudgins and the Reverend Jared Buchanan officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Goshen, AL with Dillard Funeral Home directing. A visitation will be held prior to the service on Sunday from 1 pm – 2 pm.

Mr. Walters is survived by his daughters: Mary Jean Schramm (Ang), Glenda Evans (Jeff) and his devoted caregiver, Margie Best, whom he loved as another daughter; his brother, Billy Walters; his grandchildren: Russell Teal, Jr., Tressa Roten (Chad), Shelby Mixson and Stephen Mixson; his great-grandchildren: Mason Dubose, Ryley Dubose and Josie Lee Roten.

Mr Walters was preceded in death by his wife, Emogene Walters; his sisters: Mable Butts and Martha Sue Davis; and his son-in-law, Russell Teal, Sr..
