Sikorsky charity ride event is today

Sikorsky Troy Operations will host its 7th Annual Motorcycle Charity Ride event today. Close to 50 riders are expected to participate in the 90-mile route through Pike, Coffee and Crenshaw counties with all proceeds benefiting the company’s annual Employee Giving Campaign and Post 70 of the American Legion (Pike County).

The event, open to the public, will begin at the Sikorsky campus with registration at 8 am and the ride starting at 9 am.

The event will end at the Troy Recreation Center (609 Enzor Road) at approximately 11:30 am.  Riders and non-riders can bring their families for a post-ride picnic.
