Posh & P Boutique recently celebrated its opening on the Square in Downtown Troy with a ribbon cutting hosted by the PIke County Chamber of Commerce. Owner Sarah Kelley and her business partner Elizabeth Whitten began the boutique as an online shop three years ago. This is their first brick and mortar location.
