Charles Densby Lowery, age 87 of Troy died Friday, July 29, 2016 at his home following a lengthy illness. Funeral services for Densby Lowery will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home. The Green Hills Carriage will carry Densby to his gravesite at Green Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, August 1, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Green Hills Funeral Home.

         Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Sylvia Lowery, his daughter and son-in-law, Lia and Kerry Rester of Enterprise, grandchildren, Aaron (Jamie) Jones of Enterprise, Ashley (Brad) Rials of Enterprise, Amelia (Doug) Wren, Tyler, Texas, step grandchild, Ashlee (Clay) Garner of Enterprise, great grandchildren, Rebecca Jones, Oliver and Olivia Rials, and Baby Wren who is due in January, step great grandchildren, Taylor Rester, Ella Grace Garner, sisters in law, Sue Lowery and Peggy Lowery, his caregivers, Sue and Jimmy Finger, Valerie James, Diane Smith, Ethel Brundidge, Ivey Jordan and Sherrie Baker, He was preceded in death by two brothers, Coley Lowery and Asie Lowery.

Memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity in Densby’s name.
