Edwin Leon Adams, age 52, a resident of Troy, died Thursday, June 9, 2016 Noland Hospital in Dothan. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Dr. Malone Chandler officiating. Burial will follow in the Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 6-8PM at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy

He is survived by his mother, Tommie Lee Adams Jones (Clarence); siblings, Rose Ellis (Tim), Janie Trawick (Larry), Linda Henley (Dan), Jeff Adams (Cindy), Charlene Davis (Chris), Katy Goodwin (Scotty), Debbie Adams (Bruce), Johnny Adams (Tammy) and Fancy DuBois (Jeff); uncle, John Adams (Becky); cousin, Heather Kidd (Tommy); 16 nephews; 14 nieces and numerous other family and friends.

Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his father, Joe Roy Adams; brother, Wayne Adams and his grandparents, 2 brothers in law, Wade Golden and Danny Linzey; uncle, Billy Missildine and aunt, Charlotte Sellers.
