Stell recognized for state championship

The Troy City Council and Mayor Jason Reeves recognized Pike Liberal Arts’ Susie Stell during a recent city council meeting. Stell won a second AISA state championship in golf, and the city presented her with a Certificate of Commendation recognizing her outstanding efforts and representation of the community.
