The Troy City Schools Board of Education approved end-of-the-year personnel changes, including five non-renewals and three new hires during a called meeting this week.

Non-renewals approved include John Onadeko, Charles Henderson High School science teacher; Kristen Roberson, CHHS math teacher; Daniel Wyche, CHHS instructional aide; Jawara White, Charles Henderson Middle School instructional aide; and Amy Folmar, Troy Elementary School second grade teacher.

Resignations approved include Dana Sanders, TES second grade teacher, and Sarah Kelley, TES kindergarten teacher.

New hires include Michael Bennefield, CHHS history teacher; Amy Bennefield, CHHS math teacher; and Kristen cooper, CHHS math teacher.

Matt Johnson, central office maintenance and transportation, was transferred from a 12 month contract to a nine-month contract.
