The 2016 Pike County Relay for Life event Friday night at the Troy Sportsplex will feature the Survivors’ Lap, the Caregivers Lap and the Teams Lap, all beginning at 6 p.m. The Luminary Walk will begin at 8 p.m. with the Awards Program immediately following.

Between the times for special laps and the Luminary Walk, the track will be open for those who would like to walk in a show of support for the Pike County Relay for Life fundraising and awareness campaign and the American Cancer Society. During that time, the Pike County Relay for Life board of directors has put together a lineup of entertainment for the enjoyment of the teams and all those who Relay.

The 2016 Relay for Life teams and other Relay supporters will then enjoy a time of food and fellowship and a non-stop lineup of entertainment that includes DJ Charlie Spann, DJ Henry Everett, Charles Henderson Middle School Choir, Johnny Barron Band and Voices of Love Children’s Choir.
