Services today for National Day of Prayer

National Day of Prayer services will be held at noon today at Brundidge City Hall and the Gazebo on the square in downtown Troy.

The prayer gathering in Brundidge will be enhanced by the playing of chimes at Salem Baptist Church. The National Day of Prayer Service in Troy will be the culminating activity for the 2016 Bible Reading Marathon hosted by the Salem-Troy Baptist Association. Shelia Jackson will provide special music. T

he Rev. Luke Lane, pastor of First Baptist Church of Troy, will have the devotional and lead a time of prayer for local, state and national leaders and world peace. Everyone is invited to the National Day of Prayer services.
