Mr. Benton Taylor Brasher, age 22,  passed away Friday, January 1, 2016.  Funeral service for Mr. Brasher was held Monday, January 4 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home, Pell City, AL.  Interment was at New Hope Cemetery.  The family received friends from 12 p.m.  until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.  He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Doug Benton, and grandparents, Harry  and Betty Brasher. He is survived by his parents, Charles and Marsheela Brasher; grandmother, Bobbie L. Benton, Troy; brother, Brad Brasher of Covington, Ga.; sister, Michelle Brasher of Thomasville, NC; special friend, Kala Woolwine; several aunts and uncles.
