Both suspects were being held in the Pike County Jail on $50,000 bond.

“The victims in the incident identified these two suspects and signed out the warrants,” said Troy Police Chief Randall Barr. “We were able to arrest Pryor on Sunday … and the second suspect turned himself in on Monday.”

Both men are believed to be involved with the incident that took place around noon on Gibbs Street last week. At that time, Barr said multiple shots were fired into a passing vehicle by suspects located on the sidewalk. No one was reported injured in the incident.
