Charles Comer Green, age 85, a resident of Troy, AL. died Sunday, December 13, 2015. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home with Reverend Perry Green officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Lebanon Cemetery, with Dillard Funeral Home directing.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2015 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

Mr. Green is survived by 1 son: Merrill H. Green, 1 daughter- in – law: Sharon Green Ellis and husband Steve, 2 grandchildren: Amy Renee Lester and Brittany M. Green, 1 sister: Juanita Weed, many nieces, nephews, and other family. Mr. Green is also survived by a Grand Dog: Venture.

Mr. Green was preceded in death by his wife: Carol Ann W. Green, parents: Henry L. and Ida Green, 1 son: Charles Green Jr., 1 step daughter: Vera E. Pickett, and 1 brother: Henry Greene.

Mr. Green retired from the Alabama Department of Transportation.

Pallbearers will be Rhon Jones, Alex Whaley III, Donald Mickle, Kevin Calloway, John Curry Key, and Lewis Hilyer.
