Mrs. Mildred Rebecca Manning of Goshen passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan. She was 79. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, October 30, 2015 at Skeen Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Rev. Rick Hayes officiating, Burial will follow in Hephzibah Baptist Church Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. Visitation will be held Friday from 1:00pm until service time at the funeral home. Mrs. Manning was born March 3, 1936 in Coffee County, AL to the late James Howard “Buck” and Syble Tyler Manning. She is survived by her brother, Gene Manning (Joyce), Troy; sister, Dena Ross, Goshen; aunts, Malvena Davis, Brantley, and Vernie Cantrell, Phenix City; and several nieces and nephews.
