Cathy Lynn Howard, age 58, a resident of Orion, AL died Friday, October 16, 2015. Funeral services were held Sunday, October 18, 2015 at 4:00 pm from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Minister Cutis Faulkner officiating. Interment followed in Howard-Tick Hill Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Visitation was held Sunday, October 18, 2015 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

Mrs. Howard is survived by her son, Lewis Howard (Jennifer) of Troy; grandchildren, Savannah Denver and Weston Buck both of Troy; sister, Frances Mehaffey (James) of Troy; brother, Henry L. Howard (Reba) of Cullman; sister-in-law, Marie Howard of Luverne; nieces, Cristy Howard of Luverne; Kimberly Culver of Cullman; nephews, James Howard of Luverne; Chuck Howard of Troy, Henry Howard, Jr., of Dallas, TX and great-nieces Brianna Howard of Troy and Haley Howard of Troy.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Louis Howard and her mother Fannie Jo Laurent Howard; niece Marsha Lynn; nephew, Scott Anderson; and brothers, Charles G. Howard and Sonny Howard.
