“Both victims were transported to Troy Regional Medical Center without life threatening injuries. One of the victims was transported to Montgomery,” Weed said. “One of them was shot in the leg and the other was shot in the upper body.”

No firearms were recovered from the scene of the crime, but Weed said officers had recovered two different types of shell casings.

“There were no firearms recovered, but the shell casings at the scene show that they were two different types of pistols,” Weed said.

Weed said no other developments had been made in the case.

Weed said individuals with information concerning the incident were encouraged to contact Troy Police.

“We ask that anybody who has information to please contact us at 566-0500 or on our secret witness line at 566-5555.” Weed said. “Or, they could call Crime Stoppers at 215-STOP (7867).”
