Marijo Sanders Latham, age 63, passed away at her home in Wetumpka, AL on Tuesday, January 6, 2015. She grew up in Troy, AL, graduated from Charles Henderson High School in 1969 and Troy State University in 1973. After college, she worked with the Alabama Department of Mental Health and Retardation until her retirement in 2008.

She was predeceased by her parents, James H. and Rubye (Curlee) Sanders of Troy. She is survived by her husband, Mike Latham; her son, Lance (Mary Jude) Latham; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 10 at 2 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church in Wetumpka.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Elmore Humane Society or the Holtville Volunteer Fire Department.
