Jim L. Thrash, age 68 of Brundidge passed away at his home on Thursday, December 18, 2014. Visitation for Mr. Thrash will be Sunday, December 21, 2014 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm at Thrash-Keahey-Funeral Home in Brundidge with Graveside services to follow at 2:30 pm at Lakeview Cemetery in Brundidge with Reverend Kenneth Andrews officiating.

Mr. Thrash is survived by his son, Chad Thrash and his mother, Judy; a special friend, Joyce Turner; a brother, Bob Thrash (Jane); a niece, Amy Thrash Wilson (Mark); a great niece, Abigail Cassidy Wilson; and several other relatives and close friends.

Mr. Thrash was preceded in death by his parents, Agnes and Reynods Thrash.

Mr. Thrash retired from the State Highway Department with 32 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and looking after his cattle.

Pallbearers will be Don Renfroe, Don Thrash Jr., Max Seay, Robert Bullock, Steve Andrews and Mike Wilson.

Services are under the direction of Thrash-Keahey Funeral Home of Brundidge.
