The univeristy began the process of replacing the field’s turf Dec. 2 Some Troy baseball players assisted in removing the Trojans’ logo from the field last Wednesday, taking home pieces of the turf as a souvenir. The Trojans open their season Feb. 13 with a round robin home series against Northwestern State and Eastern Illinois.
