Stella Ann Howell, age 42, of Troy, died Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Baptist South Hospital in Montgomery.  Graveside services will be Friday, November 21, 2014 at Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Steve Winton officiating and Green Hills Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be held Friday, November 21, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Green Hills Funeral Home.  Stella loved the color red, often donning a bright shade of red lipstick. She was an expert shopper and lover of shoes, always evident in her finished appearance. Stella is remembered for her infectious bubbly personality, her overwhelming thoughtfulness, her continuous generosity, and her endless love for her family. She always had a special affection for animals with three toy poodles of her own, “Star,” “Rosie,” and her faithful sidekick “Shoo-Shoo.” She was preceded in death by her father, James B. Pinckard, Jr., brother, Ronny Pinckard.  She is survived by her mother, Zabra Pinckard; husband, Kevin Howell; daughters, Haley Strickland and AbbeyJo Strickland; and brother, Curt Pinckard.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her honor to the American Heart Association.  Family and friends can sign the guest book at greenhillsfuneralhome.net.  The staff of Green Hills Funeral Home is honored to serve the Howell family.
