Mary Helen Whitehurst Mitchell, age 96, formerly of Troy died Monday, November 17, 2014 in Ozark. The funeral for Mary Helen Mitchell will be Friday, November 21, 2014 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Reverend Danny Arnold officiating. Burial will follow in the Mossy Grove Cemetery. Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing. Visitation will be Friday, November 21, 2014 from 10:00 -11:00 AM at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

Survivors include, Daughters and Son in law, Mary and Preston Richardson of Ozark, Martha Stewart of Montgomery, Grandsons, Chet and Jen Stewart of Wetumpka and Brad and Melissa Hudson of Ozark, Granddaughter, Amy and Jason Sizemore of Davie, Florida, Great Grandchildren, Jordan and Robert Stewart of Wetumpka, Grant, Emma, and Abigail Sizemore of Davie , Florida, Madolyn and Mitchell Hudson of Ozark. Ms. Mitchell was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Lee Mitchell. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Mossy Grove Cemetery Fund, C/o Bert Curtis, 293 County Road 3304, Troy, Alabama 36081 or to your favorite charity.
