Troy University football coach Larry Blakeney, John Johnson and cheerleader Ashlyn Johnson talked to Troy Elementary School fourth-, fifth- and sixth-graders on Monday about the negative effects of drug use. Their visit was part of the school’s Red Ribbon Week activities. “We come here to fire up (the students) about staying in school and staying away from drugs,” Blakeney said.
