Friday, Sept. 12 just before midnight, a shooting took place at Skyview Apartment on Park Street. Three were injured as a result of the shooting, and bystanders said they heard four shots. The shooting is still under investigation by the Troy Police Department, and Lt. Brian Weed, the department’s public information officer is asking for anyone with information to come forward.
