Lorene R. Collins, age 94, a resident of Troy, AL died Thursday, August 14, 2014. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 11:00 am at Barwick Baptist Church with Reverend Elbert Channell officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Allen and Allen Funeral Home of Thomasville, GA directing. Mrs. Collins will lie-in-state from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at the church.

Visitation will be held Sunday, August 17, 2014 from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

Mrs. Collins is survived by her daughter Barbara Adams, 2 granddaughters, Tina Garrett (James) and Donna Adams and (Robbie Gibbs); 6 great-grandchildren, Phillip, Trellis and Sierra Adams, Timothy, Dakota and Angel Garrett and numerous nieces nephews and other family.

In-lieu-of flowers memorials may be made to the St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital.
