Jon Michael Creek age 59 of Troy died Thursday, August 7, 2014 at his home.

Graveside Services will be held Sunday, August 10, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Green Hills Cemetery with Reverend Steve Winton officiating, Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Visitation will be held at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy from 1:00 pm until 1:45 pm on Sunday.

Jon is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Judson and Judy Creek, an aunt Mildred Kilpatrick, and a cousin Steve Kilpatrick, all of Troy.

Active pallbearers will be Jerry Beckett, Reid Horton, Chuck Griffin, Dallas Brooks, Jimmy Ennis, Randall Thaggard and Steve Kilpatrick.

The family requests memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church of Troy.
