Jimmie A. Pate, age 75, a resident of Goshen, Alabama died Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at his home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Glenwood Baptist Church with Reverend Clarence Crowe officiating. Interment will follow in Antioch Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 7, 2014 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Glenwood Baptist Church.

Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents Tommie Lester and Lillie House Pate, a sister Edna Elmore and a brother Gene Pate.

He is survived by his wife Jeanie Wing Pate of Goshen, a sister Sara Nell Morgan (Robert) of Luverne and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Doug Stephens, Eddie Stephens, Cory Stephens, Ronnie Wambles, Billy Smith and Robert Morgan.
