THREE NOTCH REVAMP (PHOTOS)

Construction at the intersection of Three Notch, Montgomery and West Madison Streets continued on Friday morning. Crews were working on removing brick masonry pipes that is estimated to be over 100 years old.  Removal of terra cotta pipe and laying pipes are part of the project. The final goal of the project is to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion on Montgomery and Madison and add a center turning lane on Three Notch.
