Sue T. Thomas, age 80, a resident of Goshen, AL died Monday, July 28, 2014. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 1, 2014 at 10:00 am from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Reverend Mike Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in the Joquin Baptist Church Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 31, 2014 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

She is survived by her daughter, Sherolyn T. Jackson, 2 sisters, Vernie Cantrell (Bob) and Malvena Davis; 3 grandchildren, Marv Jackson and Janet, Greg Jackson and Julie, Shannon Barron and Donny; 2 sisters-in-law, Mary Cathon Tisdale and Mildred Tyler, 6 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband Gillis L. Thomas and 6 brothers and 2 sisters.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Joquin Baptist Church.
