Funeral services for Mary Scaife Holland, of Troy, who died Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at her residence, will be at 12 p.m., Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at First Missionary Baptist Church, with the Pastor George Gilchrist officiating. Burial will be at Carroll Street Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home.

Visitation will be on Monday, June 23, 2014 at Harrison Funeral Home.

She was born July 8, 1926, in Troy, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie and Julia Scaife. She received a Master of Education and was a school teacher at Southside and Collegeview Elementary Schools. She was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church.
