Mrs. Luna Houston age 96 of Troy died at her home Friday, June 13, 2014.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, June 15, 2014 at 4:00 pm from the Oak Grove Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy Directing.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 14, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Quintella and Delaney Kervin, Joy and Norman Campbell, grandchildren Jeff and Janet Kervin, Kelli Cleveland, April and Alec Johnson, her great grandchildren Joel Kervin, Madison Johnson, Reid Johnson, Jackson Cleveland, Cole Cleveland and Molli Kate Johnson, two sisters-in-law Mildred Linzey and Billie Linzey, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, her faithful caregivers Voncile Green, Dorothy Swanson and Ethel Brundidge.

She was preceded in death by her husband Quint Houston, her parents Henry and Cannie Houston, her brothers Q P, Aubrey, Jessie, Johnny B and Lamon Linzey.

Active pallbearers will be George Gilmore III, Jeremiah Kendrick, Buggy Carr, Ronnie Carr, Carl Hussey, Billy Jinright, and Donald Lee.

The family would like to thank her caregivers and the staff of Hospice Advantage for their kindness.
