Mrs. Rachel Viola Lynch Rodgers died peacefully at her home on Sunday, May 25, 2014.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Brundidge United Methodist Church with Reverend Ed Shirley officiating, music by Joe Stinson and Jean Barr. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Rodgers was a Pillar at he Brundidge United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Allen and Virginia Rodgers, a daughter-in-law Janie Ketchum, her grandchildren Allison and Jim Outlaw, Daphne and Bo Coppage, Shannon and Dan Robinson, Clem and Ginger Rodgers, Jake and Martha Rodgers, Rachel and Chris Bazzell, Hannah and Daniel Walker, a brother Martin and Robbie Lynch, a sister-in-law Clarice Lynch, 18 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Rev. and Mrs. PA Lynch, husband Harold Rodgers, son Jeff Rodgers, brothers Orin and Robert Lynch and a sister Opal Fannin.

Active pallbearers will be Jim Outlaw, Bo Coppage, Clem Rodgers, Jake Rodgers, Chris Bazzell, Daniel Walker

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the Brundidge United Methodist Church or your favorite charity.
