Funeral services will be 3 pm Today at Crestwood Chapel for Mr. Leighton S. Sessions age 92 of Gadsden who died Friday May 2.Reverends Bill Abbott and Gerald Adams will officiate . Entombment will be in Crestwood Mausoleum. Crestwood Funeral home is in charge of services.

Mr. Sessions was born in Troy Alabama , proudly served  his country during WW II in The United States Army. He retired from AT&T with 43 years of service and was a member of Telephone Pioneers of America .He was a loving father, husband and friend to all and will be dearly missed.

He is preceded in death by his first wife Hazel Reeves Sessions.

He is survived by wife of 38 years Edna Cox Sessions of Gadsden, two sons Richard(Judy) of Greenville South Carolina and Travis(Faye) of Helena Alabama,  several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Paden Baptist Church 900 Padenreich Ave.35903  or Alacare Hospice 310 s 3^rd Street Gadsden Al 35904.

Honorary Pallbearers are Paden Baptist Church Men’s Sunday School Class and Waffle House Old Mens Coffee Club.
