Simuel Ray Wilson age 76 of Montgomery died Monday, December 30, 2013, at his home.

Funeral Services will be held at Springfield Baptist Church, Brundidge, AL, Thursday, January 2, 2014, at 1:00 pm with Dr. Rick Marshall officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery with Reverend Bob Thornton Officiating, Dillard Funeral Home of Troy Directing.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 1, 2014, from 2:00 until 4:00 at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy, and one hour prior to the funeral at the church.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Julia Horton Wilson of Montgomery, a son and daughter-in-law, Jeffery and Betsy Wilson of Birmingham, his grandchildren, Ryan Wilson, Hannah Wilson and Sam Wilson of Birmingham, a sister, Elizabeth Bryant of Brundidge, and a brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Betty Wilson of Spanish Fort.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Wilson, Sam Wilson, Joe Wilson, Buddy Jackson, Steve Carter, TW Blair, Buren Thompson, Bill Wilson, and Eugene Carter.
