Mercedes Anise Moore

Mercedes Anise Moore, age 92 of Troy, formerly of Warner Robins, GA, died Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Troy Health & Rehab. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 5:30 pm from the Chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home.

She was a member of Mabel White Baptist Church in Macon, GA. She worked at Filberts for many years. She was a homemaker and a wonderful seamstress, wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cheryl Floyd; brothers, Billy, Lionell and Tom Treadwell; sisters, Mary Hardin and Evelyn Taylor. She is survived by her sons, Ronnie Moore (Ellen) of Jackson, GA, Stan Moore (Mary) of Troy, AL; son in law, Billy Floyd; grandchildren, Steve Moore, Beth Moore Chancellor (Dewayne) all of Troy, Jennifer Moore Evans of Macon, GA and Britt Floyd of Jackson, GA; great grandchildren, Jamie Moore of Auburn, AL, Jessica Moore of Troy, AL, Josh Moore of Troy, AL, Zack Chancellor of Auburn, AL, Paige Chancellor of Troy, AL, Micha Evans of Macon, GA, Braxton and Dekota Floyd of Jackson, GA; many nieces and nephews in West Virginia, Georgia and Alabama.
