One person was transported to Troy Regional Medical Center Monday morning after a single vehicle crash.

The wreck happened about 10:30 a.m. on Country Road 1128, also known as Kelly Road.

A silver Chevrolet Silverado pick-up left the roadway and struck a tree, causing significant damage to the truck. The driver was the only person in the vehicle.

Troy Fire and Rescue, Meeksville Volunteer Fire Department, Troy Police, Care Ambulance and the Alabama State Troopers responded to the scene.

The crash is under investigation by Troopers and no further information was available at deadline.
