Nona Lou McLeod Carlisle, age 88, of Luverne, died Monday, April 29, 2013. A graveside service will be held Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 2:00 PM from the Providence Cemetery in Glenwood , Alabama with Reverend Craig Holmes officiating. Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 2, 2013 from 12-1 PM at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

Survivors include, Son and Daughter-in-law, Ronald J. and Barbara A. Carlisle of Troy, Donna and Bill Taylor of Goshen, Grandchildren, Amy (Dewayne) Brown, Shannon (David) Thies, Wade Ballard, Great Grandchildren, Braxton Brown, Dent Brown and Brayden Ballard, Step Grandchildren, Alishia (Bobby) Brooks, Ashley (Matt) Shirley, Step Great Granchildren, Kenny Shirley, Austin and Bobby Brooks, Sister, Frances Jackson of Pine Level, . Mrs. Carlisle was preceded in death by her husband, L.J. Carlisle, Parents, Charles Alexander and DonieYoung McLeod, Great Grandchild, Brandon Carlisle Brown, Siblings, Wilkie and Olen McLeod, Paskel and Dixie McLeod, Laurice and OwenFolmar, Mack and Mary McLeod and a Brother-in-law, Collin Jackson. Serving as pallbearers will be , Wade Ballard, Jack Jackson, Richard McLeod, Dewayne Brown, Charles Barron and Ray W. Floyd Jr. Flowers will be accepted or memorial may be made to the Alacare Hospice of Troy.
