A Troy woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash Saturday morning, according to Alabama State Troopers.

Janice Kidd Earles, 58, was killed when the 1997 Honda Accord she was driving ran off the road and struck a tree. The wreck happened about 10:05 a.m. Saturday on State Road 87 at the 58-mile marker, a statement from Trp. Kevin Cook reported.

Troopers are continuing to investigate the crash and no further information is available at this time.
