Danny Collins batted for the cycle and finished 5-for-6 with six RBIs as the Trojans pounded out 22 runs on 24 hits in a 22-5 defeat of Florida A&M at Riddle-Pace Field on Saturday.

Every Trojan collected a base hit in the game. Trae Santos was 3-for-6 on the day and came just a double short of hitting for the cycle himself.

Tanner Hicks collected the win on the mound pitching four innings. Hicks allowed two runs on four hits and struck out six.

Charles Henderson graduate William Teal tossed two innings in relief allowing three runs on three hits.

Troy (2-0) will play the second game of the scheduled doubleheader at 4 p.m.
