Reynolds Thrash

Mr. Reynolds Thrash, age 90 of Brundidge, passed away at his home, Tuesday, January 29, 2013. Mr. Thrash is the father of Bob Thrash of Thrash-Keahey Funeral Home and Jim Thrash of the Pronto Community. Mr. Thrash was retired from Harrell Milling Company of Enterprise and was a former employee of Southeast Alabama Gas District and Bob Godwin Feed Mills of Brundidge. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church were he was a deacon before his health declined. Survivors are son, Jim Thrash, son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Jane Thrash, grandson, Chad Thrash of Brundidge and granddaughter and husband Amy and Mark Wilson of Banks. One great granddaughter, Abigail Cassidy Wilson(Punkin) of Banks. Two sisters, Dollie Ross and Sue Hartley of Brundidge and brother, Max Thrash of Brundidge, Brother-in-law Pid Steed of Brundidge and a number of nieces, nephews and other close relatives. Visitation for Mr. Thrash will be Thursday, January 31, 2013 from 12:00 noon until 1:30 at Thrash-Keahey Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. At Lakeview Cemetery in Brundidge with services under the direction of Thrash-Keahey Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials made to the Johnston Parlor of Salem Baptist Church Mr. Thrash was preceded in death by his wife, mother and daddy and two brothers.
