Troy senior offensive lineman Kyle Wilborn has been selected to play in the inaugural Raycom College Football All-Star Classic at the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery, Ala., on Jan. 19. The game is scheduled to kickoff at 2 p.m. and will be televised live by CBS College Sports.

Wilborn, a Newnan, Ga., native, led an offensive line that was decimated by injuries to one of the top units in the country. Troy finished 25th in the NCAA allowing just 1.25 sacks per game despite attempting 42.4 passes per contest. Wilborn, who started 47 games over his career, led the Trojans with an 87 percent grade for the season and had 122 knockdowns in 896 snaps.

Wilborn, who was a first team All-Sun Belt selection this season, finished his Troy career with three Sun Belt Conference championships.

The Troy offensive line paved the way for quarterback Corey Robinson to throw for 3,121 yards, running back Shawn Southward to rush for 1,012 yards and wide receiver Chip Reeves to tally 1,050 receiving yards; it marked the first time in school history that a trio of players reached those milestones in the same season.

Wilborn will join teammate Kanorris Davis in the Raycom College Football All-Star Classic.
