A Troy woman has been arrested after an altercation that left her sister with a knife wound.
Elizabeth Murrey, 20, was charged with domestic violence Wednesday morning.
Police responded to the Village Apartments in the 800 Block of South Brundidge Street about 11:35 a.m., according to Troy Police Sgt. Benny Scarbrough.
Murrey’s 18-year-old sister was treated for a minor cut from a kitchen knife after a fight escalated, Scarbrough said.
Murrey’s domestic violence charge is a third-degree misdemeanor.
