Marion Helen Hayes, age 87, a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully and gracefully November 30, 2012.

A native of New York, New York, she was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur & May Weickert Landau, and brother, Howard Landau.

Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Christopher Brent Hayes; children, Vina Kremkau, Christopher Hayes (Lisa), and Eric Hayes (Lisa); grandchildren, Michael Kremkau, Jon Kremkau, Chris Hayes, Jr., Cooper Hayes, and Marley Hayes; great-grandchildren, Landon Kremkau, Tyler Kremkau, Grayson Kremkau, and Hunter Kremkau. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Athens Area Humane Society or Hospice Advantage, Athens, GA.

A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
