A missing Troy man was found late last night, according to Troy Police.

Eddie Charles Hodges, 32, of Troy was located, unharmed and is under medical care in Bullock County.

Troy Police Sgt. Benny Scarbrough said a medical professional called the police department to report Hodges’ location.

“The assistance of the news media is what led to someone picking up the telephone and calling us,” Scarbrough said.

Hodges’ family reported him missing since Sunday and he was last seen on Monday walking near Sikes and Kohns Country Mall in Pine Level.

Hodges’ family told police that the missing man was on several prescription medications.
