Troy’s offense was too much to handle as the team scored 16 runs in its second straight game in the Pitching Machine State tournament in Enterprise on Sunday. Troy defeated AUM Gold 16-1.

For Troy, Drew Nelson was 3-for-3, Nate Braisted was 2-for-3, Darryl Lee was 1-for-3, Press Jefcoat was 2-for-3, Ben Reeves was 3-for-3, Skylar Kidd was 3-for-3, Laquavian Rodgers was 2-for-3, Bailey Sparrow was 1-for-2, Adrian Cardwell was 0-for-2, DeAndrey Henderson was 0-for-2, Brady Huner was 0-for-2, and Noah Prestwood was 1-for-2.

Troy will play AUM Green, who defeated Troy 2-0 in the opening round, at 5 p.m. on Monday.
