John Henry Hegler, of Banks, died Saturday, July 7, 2012, at the Troy Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at 11 a.m. at the Enon Cemetery with Rev. Donnie Dunn and Rev. Shelly Anderson officiating and Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Keith and Judi Hegler of Pensacola; a granddaughter, Chelbi Hegler; a brother, Willie Hegler; and a brother-in-law, Max Scoggins.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Hegler; his parents, Alfred and Rosa Pearl Hegler; and a sister, Chellie Scroggins.

The Deacons of Enon Baptist Church will serve as honorary pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Enon Cemetery Fund.
