Peggy M. Waters, age 72, widow of the late John H. Waters of Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June, 23, 2012, at her home.

Peggy M. Waters was born on September 6, 1939 in Pike County to the late Charlie Knight and Jessie Middlebrooks Knight. Peggy worked in the hospitality industry and retired after many years as an Alteration Specialist for the Coast Guard Base on Tradd Street in Charleston.

Survivors include her son, John H. Waters of Charleston, SC; daughter, Susan Johnson of Cincinnati, Ohio; two sisters, Bonnie Campbell of Brundidge and Mary A. Jones of Troy; family friend, Bruce D. Mullen of Charleston, SC; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
